NZ公民在海外出生的子女可否直接成為NZ公民

You may already be a New Zealand citizen if you were:

Born in New Zealand, the Cook Islands, Niue, Tokelau, or the Ross Dependency prior to 1 January 2006.
Born in New Zealand, the Cook Islands, Niue, Tokelau, or the Ross Dependency on or after 1 January 2006; and at least one of your parents was a New Zealand citizen or entitled to be in New Zealand indefinitely at the time of your birth.
Legally adopted by a New Zealand citizen parent (if you were adopted overseas we need to check that their adoption laws are similar to ours).
A British subject resident in New Zealand during all of 1948. For further information please contact us.
Granted New Zealand citizenship.
Born overseas to a New Zealand citizen parent.

如果LZ是NZ Citizen的话，孩子在海外出生，可以替孩子申请Citizenship by Descent。内政部的网站上有表格下载，填好了连同孩子的出生证明和申请费一起交到内政部，大概2个星期就把citizenship的证书寄到家里。我们大概3年前帮儿子申请的。

Pr在新西兰生的孩子肯定只是可以是nz citizen，但是据说等到孩子18岁的时候还可以再选择1次要中国护照的，但是这个也是据说~

拿孩子的出生证明，到国内当地公安局申报户口，我就是这样办的。不过我是在宝宝出生后不久就让老妈办的。 16# 依依
