Q3不是很明白，要先算出来weighted average cash flow a year?? 然后呢~~~~

SAILING: how did you get 23.65% for Q4(c)? and 9.25% for Q5(b)?
my answer is different
Q4 (C) = 24.67%
Q5(b) = 4.82%

Q4(c) i have recalculated the firm value and equity value as follow
v = 525000 + 0.3*210000 = 588000
v(E) = 588000 - 210000 = 378000
i used 378000 to calculate the cost of equity, hence i got 24.67%

(a) 116.67
(b) 241.07
(c) 24.44%
(d) 357.74

do you have the same answers?
