In front of an elevator in a subway station.

A man in a motorized wheechair narrowly misses the elevator.

As he angrily started to repeatedly ram the elevator door with his wheelchair, the door suddenly breaks, sending Mr.Lee 6m(about 20ft?) down the elevator shaft. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say that this was an unfortunate accident caused by Mr. Lee's anger at the elevator's occupant not holding the door for Mr. Lee.
