Free entry for all locals this weekend!
We are now 15 years into our incredible journey to restore a corner of NZ as closely as possible to the way it was before humans arrived.

To celebrate, entry will be FREE for all residents of Greater Wellington Region between 11am-5pm this Saturday and Sunday. In addition to free entry, there will also be FREE boat rides, FREE ranger talks, FREE tours of the weta cave and FREE kids' activity packs all day.

里面有很漂亮的一个小展览厅，很多走路的地方，一个漂亮的大湖，还可以看蜥蜴啥的
晚上动物会出来，所以他晚上也开门的

i didn't go, but heard that there was a long queque there and hard to find parking.
plus,my note for it

今天本地著名景点karori wildlife sanctuary野生动物保护区免费开放，没有大动物，就点奇异鸟蜥蜴啥的，挺好的一地方结果据说从2公里外开始堵车，1公里内没有停车的地方，估计最郁闷的是那里的鸟鸟们，不知道发生什么大事了
