有个中介说即使找到工作这个一年的GD也不能移民 degree可以是这样么

应该可以啊，只要你读的GD是Teacher Council认可的（有些大学的GD不被Teacher Council认可）

AUT的GD不可以注册但奥大 NZTC的GD可以

那到底是可以还是不可以？求正解？念出来是level 7那这个学历是国家认证的　５０分，　又有工作担保？？　为什么不能移民？？？？

读一年的GD出来可以申请工签吗？有人说要两年的学历才可以。

最后这条是什么意思呢？GD是不是就算符合最后这条的？

我没有找到LEVEL4以上可以申请一年工签，上面这个条件都是申请两年或三年的。

Level4 的National Certificate，Level5或以上的各种Diploma，Degree

Register level 6	50 Points
Register level 5	50 Points
Register level 4	50 Points (only National Certificates that are relevant to an occupation in part B or part C of the List of Skilled Occupations held at Appendix 11 of the Operational Manual)
Register level 3 or 4	50 points (only where the requirements at SM14.10.1 are met)

Students without a job offer

If you are a student who has completed a qualification in New Zealand, but you do not have a job offer, you may be eligible for a Graduate Job Search Work Visa and/or Permit for a maximum of 12 months. Then, when you have found a job, you can apply for a further permit for up to two or three years under Study to Work Policy.

To be eligible for a Graduate Work Search Permit you must:

* have successfully completed a qualification in New Zealand that would qualify for points under the Skilled Migrant Category
* apply no later than three months after the end date of the student permit for that qualification
* provide evidence of a minimum of NZ$2,100 available to maintain yourself during your 12-month stay in New Zealand (we will accept traveller's cheques or bank documents in your name).
