paypal安全吗？怎么使用，对方打进我账户的钱当时就能取吗，还是要等买家货到手后在付钱，那要是他拿了东西不给钱怎么办啊？？？

不要相信100%是骗子！曾经经历过，paypal本身是没有问题的，但他根本不通过paypal，他从paypal给你发出来的email是假的！我曾经打电话去Paypal的美国客服查询过人家说没有这笔钱！！！！！lz小心啊！

别相信啊、、假的~上次我差点被骗，也就是看到他说有个什么鬼shipping agent、、其实人也是他们，鬼也是他们~

Thanks for the prompt response.. I have read through the information on the website and am ready to purchase it now as a gift for my father. I am at sea at the moment as i am a marine engineer and due to the nature of my work, phone calls making and visiting of website are restricted but i squeezed out time to check this advert and send you an email regarding it. I really want the car to be a surprise for my father so i wont let him know anything about the car until it gets delivered to him, i am sure he will be more than happy with the car. I insisted on paypal because i don't have access to my bank account online as i don't have internet banking, but i can pay from my paypal account, as i have my bank a/c attached to it, i will need you to give me your paypal email address reconfirm the price so i can make the payments asap for the car and pls if you don't have paypal account yet, it is very easy to set up, go to www.paypal.co.nz and get it set up, after you have set it up i will only need the e-mail address you use for registration with paypal so as to put the money through. I have a pick up agent that will come and pick the car up after i have made the payments...

paypal本身没问题，但是他们是冒充的

真正的域名为www.paypal.com/nz，而非www.paypal.co.nz。
进入链接后请观察地址栏的电子安全认证，大公司都通过认证，并且你可以点击右边的小安全锁查看电子安全证书

国内好多自称淘宝N年老买家居然也会被假淘宝链接骗，他们疏忽了查电子证书。。。所以还称不上是老玩家。。

如果是trademe上卖车估计是骗人的，他会说他感兴趣你的车但现在人不在新西兰，会找中介和你联系取车，他会把车款和中介费一起给你转到paypal账号，你会收到一封Paypal发来的邮件显示你的Balance告你收到这笔钱，然后让你帮他把通过西联汇款把中介费交了，那个Paypal邮件是假的，可打电话去Paypal的服务中心查询他们会告你没有这笔钱！！
LZ没事的话可以和他说同意他的付款方式逗他玩玩！
