我们想一个freehold，20w左右的，自己住，想算算合不合适：

不知道每年费用除了body corp还有那些？

这个body corp大概多少？（每年4，5千？）

如果5，6年后离开新西兰，卖掉apartment，（估计apartment也不会涨多少吧？是不是不跌就万幸了？）那样的话，是不是还不如租房？

另外还想问，townhouse 和unit 也要交乱七八糟的费用吗？

body corp+council rates for apartments. if you are planning for the next 5-6 years, then i would suggest you on buying a unit/townhouse especially in famous school zones. you do not need to pay body corp for those only rates. and capital gain is way better than the units.
