6.21am: Where toilets are working, use and flush them, then check to see the waste is going away. If not ring the council so they know where the problems are. 200 portable toilets have been distributed.

拉吧,然后冲厕所,要是堵了,就告诉CCC,这样可以帮他们找到问题所在...
