an email address / mobile phone number - If you don't have apersonal email or mobile phone, please provide contact details of afriend or family member who we can contact on your behalf. This personwill receive acknowledgement of your application and your paymentschedule.

be sure your employer is not going to continue to pay you
have been employed on 22 February 2011 by a business that is nolonger operating due to the 22 February 2011 aftershock in theChristchurch City Council area
not be receiving a main benefit (main benefits include UnemploymentBenefits, Sickness Benefits, Domestic Purposes Benefits, InvalidsBenefit, Independent Youth Benefit and Emergency Benefits), ACC weeklycompensation or a Civil Defence Payment for loss of livelihood
repay any Earthquake Job Loss Cover payments that for whateverreason you are not entitled. Work and Income may recover the money orset the debt off against any other money payable to you by Work andIncome, whether under this agreement or not.

老闆給了工資就不能申請了吧?

如果你的老板将会一直给你工资，那你就不要申请了。如果老板只给你的工资是22号之前的，你好像可以申请的。我老板最后一次给我的工资刚好是22号，但是之后就没有了。

如果你的老板将会一直给你工资，那你就不要申请了。如果老板只给你的工资是22号之前的，你好像可以申请的。我老板最后一次给我的工资刚好是22号，但是之后就没有了。

刚才电视上说直接打电话就可以了，为了方便大家不用特地跑到WINZ, 只要告诉他们你的资料，他们直接在电脑上查，和IRD的record对的起来就可以了。电话号码忘记写下来了，不知道有谁知道吗，是个0800的号码。

网上申请要注意....如果你找的到你老板....你要叫你老板申请,然后他们会把钱打给你老版....然后减掉TAX后再给你..就和平时发工资一样.....除非你找不到老板.....没办法联系..而且又没工资发..那样才能选另外那个.所以最好先和自己工作地方的老板联系,看他/她知不知道这事..如果清楚...那就吹着快点申请,反正在网上,填点资料先交上去,然后就会有人打电话核对一下,跟着就会发钱.

没有工作的似乎是不可以申请的，你们申请的应该是unemploye benfit,

有一个是老板去填的...写公司名字,IRD号码,员工名字,IRD号码等...另外那个是给找不到老板的人自己填.....

打电话是永远的等待.....等完了还是回要你WORK AND INCOME OFFICE....建议直接拿好资料杀过去..我等了45分钟,然后谈了半个小时..拿了$200 (FOOD)剩下的等着批...就走了..前后要用个2个小时左右...看人多人少......RICCARTON的人相对来说少点!

今天上午我老闆給我打電話了,問我要了IRD和一切其它的資料.不用我操心了.真不錯.
