1. If EQC have not inspected your house, get a Structural Engineer to have a look at your house (you will have to pay for the service).
2. If the house is deemed "unsafe" or "uninhibitable" by the Structural Engineer, give the landlord/agent a Two Day' notice and move out (Also give them a copy of the report.) It is legal to do so. (Section 59 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986)
3. Make an Application to Tenancy Service on Nelson Street to get your bond back. Or you can contact DBH directly on 0800-83-62-62.
4. Make an Application to Red Cross for Emergency and Hardship Fund by calling them on 0800 754 726.
