Hi my work visa application is on the progress.

but my work visa expired on 12 April this month. the immigration officer say will sent me a temporary visa. (visitor visa).

The temp visa not allow me to work. they said that i need to tell my employers about this. if i tell my employer im afraid i will lost my job.

so please any advice....

you can work as for free to keep your job.or ask for holiday to keep your job.

but i just work for 4 months in this company.... so do i really need to tell my employers... or just keep in silence...

I will Talk to my employer... Is it allright if im doing voluntary work and not get paid while i am waiting for my visa..

you can become a trainee/trainer in this company, keep your job, as well as doing value adding to yourself, as well as save your employer's expense to organize someone to do training or planning someone to learn somethings

雇主如果愿意担保你的WORK VISA 就会体谅这些的，你应该如实告诉你的雇主，可以和他们好好协商一下，但是这段时间一定不能打税。
