说我的汽车was observed travelling in a special vehicle lane on grafton bridge, contrary to the restriction applicable to that type of lane. offence against the land transport, 罚款$150.
现在好像不确定谁开的车，给我寄了一个表格，让我写上谁开的车，然后还有我的签字，请问这是怎么回事啊，大家有过这种情况么？
