有没有哪个妈妈知道的？我现在32周了，验血报告显示蛋白不够，MF建议补充蛋白粉，不知道哪个牌子的比较好。

Red 8 protein powder is better, they have rice protein, egg protein, whey protein, soy protein. all natural. you can buy in health shop. If you couldn't find try Health 2000. otherwise contact me if you need more help.
