朋友正在读NZDB··是十二门的···马上就要毕业了··有的人说，NZDB不能开OPEN工签了，是这样的吗？朋友读了1年3个月就毕业··这样算是2年以下的吗？

12门就是两年的学历至于你快速的读完了这不会影响拿open

学历是两年的就行，inz不管你多久读完的。应该是可以拿open的。多问几家中介在咨询咨询吧，double check很重要

新政策对在读生没有影响，对7月25日以后入学的才有影响吧？！

the announcements by the Minister of Immigration on 1 June 2011 regarding changes to student policy and pathways to work & residence. Students who commence studying in New Zealand on or after 25 July 2011 will be required to undertake a two-year course to be eligible for a Study to Work visa. Current immigration policy defines a two year course as a course of full-time study over four semesters during a period of at least 16 months.

这样看来，少于16个月读完的2年学历很可能不能申请open工签了。
建议LZ还是直接问移民官吧。
