1.Developing BBus Learning Goals: 3 and 5
During your Co-op Placement you will be focusing on your development in the BBus Learning Goals. In this Co-op Proposal your are required to begin planning your on-going development in each of the following two Learning Goals: *Be critical enquirers and problem solvers* *Be able to work collaboratively*

Learning Goal 3: Be critical enquirers and problem solvers: · What specific goals do you hope to achieve in this BBus Learning Goal?

During my Co-op Placement I hope to be able to achieve the following in this area:

Goals	Relevant Theories	References (include full APA reference in a separate list)

Learning Goal 5: Be able to work collaboratively: · What specific goals do you hope to achieve in this BBus Learning Goal?

During my Co-op Placement I hope to be able to achieve the following in this area:

If you are planning to do your Co-op Placement overseas you must choose some aspect of working in a different culture as one of your goals in this area or, if you are returning home for your Co-op Placement after studying in NZ, some aspect of understanding of how this experience might impact on your Co-op Placement in your home country.
