来新西兰有过十年了，拿了PR后也从来没有申请过福利，但最近经济不好，我们夫妻俩暂时都没有什么工作，还有一个孩子，我们自己有一个房子（有贷款），但当时因为工作需要把房子租了出去，在工作附近租了一个房子，上网看了一下申请房补的计算，有一段如下：
“Non-cash Assets

These can include leisure boats, caravans, land or buildings other than your home, e.g. a holiday home or a rental property.

This does not include personal items (for example clothing, furniture, televisions, stereos, etc), motor vehicle for private use, or the home you live in.”
不知道这里的non-cashassets是不是指自己买的房子，如果是那就是不够资格申请房补吗？

那相当于有投资房了吧～～～～

应该不行，自住房才可以申请
