我儿子从出生以来皮肤就不是很好，小脸儿上总起东西，看过好几次医生，有的是荷尔蒙疹，有的是轻微湿疹，有的是口水疹，还有的医生也说不上是什么，就说是baby才会有的，孩子大点儿就会好，无语……

我看坛子里不少妈妈都问过关于宝宝皮肤的问题，介绍几款我给宝宝用过的cream，可以参考一下。先声明我不是卖广告也不是推荐任何一种产品，只是把我给宝宝使用过后的效果和一点心得和大家分享一下。

1. Aqueous Cream BP

For external use only, useas a moisturizer twice daily

这就是一种水溶性的cream，是医生开的，一大瓶500g,在pharmacy也能买到，适合皮肤干燥的宝宝，但是如果宝宝有疹子可能效果就没那么好。

2. Pimafucort Cream

Apply sparingly to theaffected area when required as directed

这个是医生开的，宝宝脸上一片红没有起疹子，医生也说不上是什么，觉得象是感染。这是prescription的药，一小管是15g,自己买不到，如果找医生开建议不要连续使用超过5天。

3. Hydrocortisone 0.5% Cream

Apply thinly to the affectedarea twice daily for up to five days at a time as directed

这也是医生开的，一瓶50g，自己买不到，但是含有激素，所以建议不要连续使用超过5天。

4. Medela Purelan 100

Soothes sensitive nipplesand dry skin

坛子里有姐妹介绍过这款nipple cream，给起口水疹的宝宝使用。我给儿子用过之后发现对口水疹没有明显的效果，但是嘴边起皮儿的确改善了很多。而且这款cream的成分是100% ultra pure Lanolin,且不含任何添加剂和防腐剂，又是可以吃进嘴里的，不用担心宝宝会把擦在嘴边的舔了。

我用的是一管37g，在baby city买的，好象是10多块钱，在pharmacy也可以买到。

5. Mustela Stelatopia EmollientCream

我是看了坛子里的姐妹介绍才去买的这款cream，据说是对有湿疹的宝宝特别管用，但是我用了一段时间以后发现对起疹子的部位没有什么改善，但是没有起疹子的部位皮肤没有那么干燥了。

在网上买一瓶200ml的价钱是$36.99，但是要付5块邮费，在Unichempharmacy买是$39.99。

产品介绍贴在下面：

A lipid-replenishing, soothing and rebalancing treatment especiallyadapted to the care of extreme dry skin: skin with atopic tendency andconstitutional dry skin, face and body. Stelatopia emollient cream has beenspecially formulated to nourish and restructure the dryest epidermis, to sootheinstantaneously the sensation of discomfort and to rebalance the skin florawith a sugar complex to limit bacterial proliferation which sometimes followsthe irritation.

Active Ingredients:

Sunflower concentrate 2%, Ceramides 0.6%

Dosage:

Apply twice a day on clean and dry skin with specialattention to particularly dry areas. Massage in gently to help the penetrationof the cream.

6. Avene TriXera Emollient

这是一个罗马尼亚朋友介绍我用的，用过一段时间之后发现和用Mustela一样对起疹子的部位没有什么改善，但是没有起疹子的部位皮肤没有那么干燥了，光滑。

7. Aveeno Baby - Soothing ReliefMoisturising Cream
这是朋友介绍我买的，她的宝宝用了以后非常管用，但是我给儿子用过之后还是和用Mustela 和Avene
一样对起疹子的部位没什么改善，但是周围的皮肤没那么干燥了。

在网上买这款一管140g的要$15.5，但是countdown打折的时候才卖$11.99，我是在网上买的后来才看到超市打折，亏啦~

8. 郁美净儿童霜
这应该不用多介绍了，大家基本上都知道，给宝宝用过以后发现小脸越用越白，对湿疹有所改善但只是刚刚使用过后的两三个小时之内，然后脸上就又是一片红了。对口水疹的效果还是很明显的，基本上擦过几次就好了。

有的妈妈担心说这款产品含有激素，不过我学药理学的妹妹说看产品介绍看不出它含激素，除非它的产品介绍中没有列出来这一成分。国内的东西很难说，是不是相信它没有激素就见仁见智了。

以上就是我给儿子用过的cream了，有其他的好介绍欢迎补充。

这些cream我也基本都用过，用后感跟lz 不谋而合。。
有激素的东西晒太阳后会变黑吧？但郁美净晒太阳也不会变黑奇怪哦。。
我新发现一种澳洲的 AROMA BABY 的 BARRIER BALM 是擦屁屁，或者特别干燥的皮肤和嘴唇的
我给我儿子擦口水疹似乎有效果，但刚用2次需要继续观察，过几天来汇报，如果好用大家也可以买了试试哦。。是官网买的邮购过来，nz我没找到可能某些药店会有我没仔细找哈哈

哈哈，我也是基本这些cream都给儿子用过。效果和LZ叙述的差不多。我还用过一款 XMA EASE, 是治湿疹的，写着是made with kindness from all natural ingredients。我儿子湿疹严重的时候涂过，对出水的部分有点用，用后感觉没有mustela的油，但对严重的湿疹效果还是一般。现在给儿子湿疹基本上好了，就用CETAPHIL的cream，补湿效果一流。

郁美净不会变黑，结果就是儿子脖子以下都晒黑了就是小脸儿特白。AROMA BABY 的 BARRIER BALM 要是好用我也试下~

呵呵, 我家的CREAM也多到象药房一样. 还用过NATURE PLUS, 就是国内说的尿素霜. 医生给的.

我用过aqueous cream和xma ease，也是因为baby有湿疹
但是我觉得mustela baby lotion如果用来滋润的话也很赞！

我觉得mustela是最不容易吸收的，有点油油的，要来回按摩，aqueous最容易吸收。

我女兒一開始冬天時也長濕疹。。。但沒去年利害。。。。
我一開始是用ST IVES 含 VITAMIN E的那種。。。。朋友介紹的。。特保濕。）。。。效果也很好。。。

我的用法是。。。。

頭2-3天。。。一天至少用2-3次ST IVES。。WHOLE BODY。。。然後再用激素葯擦在有濕疹的地方。。。好讓疹子下去。。。。3天後沒了疹子就沒再用激素葯。。。然後都一直用ST IVES。。。效果也很好。。

後來朋友又介紹 AVEENO的那種。。。效果也很好。。。不過相對ST IVES較貴。。

我儿子基本也都用了这些CREAM，第三个CREAM，含有激素的有效。。但是不敢给儿子抹超过三天啊。。。

天呀,也一直在用hydrocortisone cream,但是1%的，而且医生也没跟我说不能用超过5天呀，瓶子上只是写着一天擦2次。
