Cup hex/ full threaded.
Black = phosphor finishes, but this one seems just painted black by the look of it,

Try Blacks fastener
They used to be on Moorehouse ave, if you are walk in customer, minimum purchase $10
Better out it on some1's account if you are after small amount.
Take your parts to match , if its too long, you can always cut to length,
