在INZ1146表格后面的Declaration（sectionE）里面的 name of person authorised to take statutory declarations (授权采取声明的人)，这部分的人是一定要找么？能不能空着不填？

一般是找个JP当着他的面签字就ok了其他的JP知道怎么做的
