刚打电话过去问，从9月28号开始发一直到10月10号，还没有收到的不用担心啊！

Are you eligible for the 2011  AECT dividend?
   Not sure if you should have received the AECT dividend? There are 3 conditions you need to meet.
   They're about:

being in the Trust District on the roll date (10 August 2011) AND
paying Vector electricity lines charges as part of your power bill AND
being the person named on the power bill
