同意四楼说的,其实你的角色就是supervisor。中国人会认为老板的钱不关我的事。但是移民局会觉得如果你是 in charge of the store。你就需要负责所有的东西。可能你没有准备,其实老板和sale见面这些事最好提都不要提。要调查的时候就要表现的就是这个店全部是你负责的感觉。更夸张一点可以说的员工根本不认识或者说没见过老板最好。工资可以老板发。但是班表需要你来做,以及一周每个员工上班的时间数是需要你来统计然后发给老板。老板只是负责accounting方面的东西。我个人认为accounting和 budgeting是不同的东西。budgeting更侧重于店里的订货,签单和控制labour之类的东西。但是这个不确定,希望有懂的人解释一下。
建议你些解释信最好找懂的律师,我认为中介不是太靠谱,律师至少如果没成功名声不怎么好。解释信要非常谨慎。因为如果pr被拒一次是非常大的污点,实在没有办法解释还不如自己withdraw了。作者: 米饭团团 时间: 2011-10-2 04:14:22
