我最近正在申请普通工作签证已经在打广告了 11月第一个星期就可以开始递交申请给移民局了

如果顺利的话应该会在12月第一个或第二个星期拿到签证，，，

然后等我的公签下来后我在给我女朋友申请 share我的公签的partnership配偶签证

考虑到圣诞新年假期

这个配偶签证能再明年1月中旬下来吗？ partnership配偶签证等待的时间很长吗？因为机票是在1月17号，，

如果这个时间上面有风险的话

11月份递交我的普通工作签证的时候吧我们两个人都递交上去总时间上面会不会比较快？

之前问过一次移民局他们说时间取决于申请人的审批总之听的是一头雾水

各位有类似经历的朋友能帮忙参考下吗

你问的不明白，不好回答。1、工签45个工作日，不含公共假期；2、什么是配偶签证？是配偶访问呢还是配偶移民呢？3、先前还申请过？被拒了吗？重新整理一下，不要叫人一头雾水。

修改过了，，，麻烦看看，，

我之前提的配偶签证是应该叫partnership签证吧，，就是share我的公签然后她拿到的是同样时间长得open公签那种，，

1、工作签证你要预计大概5周时间，我今年4月中旬递交，5月下旬批出。不过如果你是普通工作签证的话，同时没有再申请移民，我觉得移民局会刁难你，所以还是要做好心理准备，千万不要想着那么容易
2、partnership的签证同样也需要3周时间，比较建议你在递交自己的工作签证后两周递交自己partner，然后在你工作签证下来之后马上把你的签证复印交给你partner的CO，这样如果其他没有问题的一周内会批出。
3、每年移民局会在圣诞节之后休假到一月第二周，所以我看你最好做好该机票的准备了。

没有配偶签证一说，只有配偶类别的访问签证，配偶类别的工作签证，配偶类别的永久居留签证。不知道你是哪种“配偶签证”。

哥们赶早不赶晚。你们可以一起递的，多填个两个表格而已。移民局说的审理时间都是放屁。随便让你解释个东西，补个东西，都能拖你两三个月。

the 0800 immigration. get your date of birth and the passport number. ask the case officer.
