1 ½ cup (375ml) blueberries (thawed and well drained if you’re using frozen) 或者香蕉 弄成泥也不错

Mix and sift the dry ingredients. Take a ¼ cup (50ml) of the dry mixture and gently mix it with the berries (in a separate bowl). Then make a small well in the centre of the remaining dry mixture. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar and gradually beat in the eggs. Then add the milk. Pour the wet mixture into the well you’ve made and mix until the ingredients are just moistened, but not stirred too much. It won’t look smooth, so don’t worry. Then fold in the blueberries.
