然后在后面附了一张roofingspecialists 的清单，对修理的内容也有描述：

我不是专业人士，下面这份维修内容看着有点晕。 这种情况是不是因为屋顶漏了，然后掀了重做？ 也可能是因为这个，最近一次CV里的房价升了好多。
