Pursuant to the Official Information Act and the Privacy Act I request a copy of all information, documents and reports relating to the visit to QQs Caf in regards to this application. 这个是我中介给CO发的。请问这个是什么文件啊。我已经收到解释信。和这个OIA是不是一个东西？

你的中介是问移民局要你申请的copy，看看他们在做调查的时候究竟写了些什么。OIA 就是Official Information Act 的缩写。
