Is it pamol liquid or tablets? Liquid is designed for the baby and infants, the bottle should have the instructions for dosage based on age range of your son. If tablets then you need to work out the correct dosage depending on body weight, and crush up tablet so the child can eat it easily.

按体重给的，如果是GP开的，有效期应该在药店配的时候标签最下面一行有吧！

另外浓度有不一样的，我们GP给我女儿开过2次，一次是按5ML吃的，一次是浓度高的，只要2.5ML
