家里买了块农场地,付了定金,合同只有LIM report的条件,本来签的合约是有贷款条件的,结果中介趁我不在的时候忽悠我父母去掉了贷款条件,反正理由就是有其他人在竞争这样胜算大,我感觉那中介特别忽悠人,而且那块地的售价也不寻常,我父母以为这里签合同和国内一样,出offer只是初拟合约,然后双方达成一致再签一份正式合约。他们并不知道一开始出的offer只要卖主同意了就有法律效应了。
想取消合约就只能走LIM report了,但LIM report基本没什么问题,都是些很基本的东西,很多都是there is no record for...这样还有可能取消合同吗?作者: 中国人民 时间: 2011-12-28 20:52:40
