同题，我们是在国内登记结婚的，现在因为一些原因合不来，想要离婚。求问大家如果现在要办离婚，应该要怎么办理？

Because your marriage was registered in China, you should file divorce in China. If you have properties in NZ after you two been together and you can approve to the court that you have been in de facto relationship for more than 3 years, then you can apply to equally share your properties under Propert (Relationships) Act. I'm not sure if you need to separate for two years first, you may contact family court for more info.

回国立马就能离，在这里必须等两年才能正式离婚

可以选择在中国离婚，也可以在新西兰家庭法庭办理的。

不过国内的文件需要公证后作为法庭文件使用的。

至于在新西兰的财产分配，和离婚手续一点关系也没有。只有在双方无法合理分配的情况下，才需要进入家庭法庭作出审判。
