關於房產投資.
基於不幸,基督城的地震導致很多那裡的居民都移北來了奧克蘭.
這樣對於2012的房產會不會有所影響?.
本人新手想問問,假如第一次投資房產,做分隔地是不是太過冒險..
弱弱的問句,2012年北岸bay區的房價走勢如何.浮動比往年大嗎?

There's nothing new under the sun. Property market is the same as other markets, which goes cycle by cycle. NZ property market has been non-active in the last four years. Given the facts that property demand largely exceeds supply, mortgage interest rate is still at historically low, and possibly economy is at early stage of recovery, so I bet 2012 is the beginning of upward cycle.

很多人都說現在房源很少,真的有這麼缺嗎?還是50中左右的房源少呢
