You misunderstood me- I know lots people who can't speak good English and can't deal with Immigration directly, or they do have some critical problems that I can't even tell the solution. This agent is very different. He is dealing with people in overseas most of the time so he doesn't even want to compete with the local market - this is one of the reasons why he is not dirty like many others. You will believe me if you meet him.
