本人情况：一年的MIT horticulture diploma学历，现在洋人的公司上班（full time) 有job offer title是 nusery person,已经干了一年半了，到今年8月份就两年了，请问我能在今年八月份后递交移民申请吗？我这个工作算是skilled的吗？

我自己计算的分数如下：（参看了西狂的最新加分标准：http://bbs.skykiwi.com/forum.php ... 6orderby%3Ddateline）

1、Current skilled employment in New Zealand for 12 months or more    60points
2、Relevant work experience    Two years                                              10points
3、Additional bonus points if work experience in New Zealand Two years  10points
4、Points for qualifications Recognised level 4-6 qualification (e.g. trade qualification, diploma) 40points
5、Points for age    30 to 39                         25points

total:145points

请问我这样算对吗。

另外：论坛上有人说现在移民必须要g类雅思6.5，可有人说工作一年以上就不要了，请问到底要不要啊？！（引自：http://bbs.skykiwi.com/forum.php ... 6orderby%3Ddateline）ner

对partner这个单词含义不理解，我女朋友在国内，我们没结婚，请问这算partner吗，要是填表时用填她的情况吗？

1，Nuseryperson需要3年工作经验才能移民。在移民局PART C 职业表里面Refer: SM7.10 at least three years of relevant recognised work experience and a relevant recognised qualification which is at, or above, level four on the NZQF (see SM14.5)
2，如果你愿意以后担保你女友可以写她的情况。

大哥的意思是必须干满三年？不是说有个等待审批的时间（一年）吗？我的意思是干两年就申请等待的时候也是在工作啊，这样批下来正好三年啊，不知可行否，谢谢

政策是这样的PART C 的工作都要三年工作经验。官方说法审理时期9个月。不过你想试试不能保证成功率。

Principal applicants
For the principal applicant (the person making the application) the minimum standard of English is an International English Language Testing Systems (IELTS) certificate, with an overall band score of 6.5 or better in the General or Academic modules. The certificate must be less than two years old.

However, you may not have to take the IELTS test, if you can show us that you:

•have a recognised qualification from a course taught entirely in English
•have ongoing skilled employment in New Zealand, and have been in the job for at least the last 12 months
•have other evidence that you are competent in English - we will consider the evidence that you provide.

只能说有机会免雅思。决定权在CO。
