Despite the fact that both Avensis and Accord Euro have similar dimensions and sizes, they are two pretty different vehicles.
suspension setting on the Avensis is softer while Euro is more on handling...
Euro's target is a little more upscale than the Avensis,

Toyota D4 engine have high compression ratio something like 11.0:1 so it needs atleast 95 petrol to run efficiently. if you use 91 it will sure have carbon build up on the valves due to the ECU retarding the timing. Even for Accord euro with K24A engine it is still 10.5:1 so need atleast 95. I use 98 on my accord.
