标题: 急问，自雇人士怎样担保父母团聚移民 [打印本页]

我觉得如果告诉移民局我们是自己开店的话，移民局会要更多材料比如公司的财务报表之类，因为我们本身也准备给自己发工资，那么我可以只提供工资单和打税记录吗？（就是SUMMARY OF EARNING)一定要提供合同吗？如果提供合同就很容知道这个公司是自己的了，郁闷中，怎么样才能简单一些呢？有人是自雇的然后给父母担保了吗？都提供了什么做收入证明呢？如果一定要提供公司的财务报表，在我拿工资的情况下，一定公司一定要是盈利的吗？

The income must be obtained from:
sustained paid employment; and/or
regular self-employment; and/or
regular investment income.
When assessing whether the income obtained by a sponsor and/or their partner, is sustained and/or regular, immigration officers may consider, but are not limited to, such factors as the length of employment, terms of employment and the regularity of payments.

What evidence is required to be provided by sponsors to show the ability to meet the minimum income requirement?

Evidence of meeting the minimum income requirement for sponsors may include, but is not limited to, original or certified copies of the following documents:

an Inland Revenue Department Summary of Earnings; and/or
wage slips; and/or
a current employment contract; and/or
bank statements or any other documents from financial institutions.

How can I get an Inland Revenue Department Summary of Earnings?
You can obtain your Summary of Earnings through www.ird.govt.nz/online-services/ ... ne-soe-request.html or call Inland Revenue Department (see your white pages for contact details).
There is no charge to obtain an Inland Revenue Department Summary of Earnings.

那是否需要提供公司的财务报表之类呢，还是只要有打税记录和工资单呢？

According to the website of Immigration Service, 只要有打税记录和工资单, and/or current employment contract; and/or bank statements . You do not have to 提供公司的财务报表之类. 打税记录和工资单 is the evidence of your income.

合同呢？很多人都提供了合同，如果是自己的公司一般不会签合同吧

自己开公司很少会给自己发工资把。我们有的只是年底的财务报表,然后会计会告诉你今年应该报多少INCOME TAX

For employee, you need to provide wage slips; and a current employment contract;
For employer, you need to provide an Inland Revenue Department Summary of Earnings;
Anything that can prove your income is helpful.

那就是会所我自己开公司我就是EMPLOYER，那不到年底怎么提供SUMMARY OF EARNING呢？不是都是到一个财政年度才有，况且我们的公司要今年3月20几号才开始营业呢？这种情况怎么办呢？

哎，不就是为了办移民才给自己开工资吗。

我会计每年3月31日以后会给我做一份 financial reports. 会详细算出你一年的收入，和需要交的所得税。对于我来说就是生意+ 出租房的收入。我觉得应该给移民局这份报表和你已经完税的证明就成了。

我觉得你只能等到今年3约31日报表出来才能申请了，反正也没几天了

那你的报表一定是要做成盈利了吧，那盈利多少呢？如果太多要交很多税啊？你懂的

不交够税怎么能担保父母移民呢。再说你的做生意每年都赔，税务局也不会放过你啊

Any SUMMARY OF EARNING must be for previous years. But you can provide your bank statement to prove your current financial status.
我们的公司要今年3月20几号才开始营业呢？这种情况怎么办呢？if you have not run a company yet, you still could have income for the previous year such as salaries, wages & investment.
You just need to provide evidence for conviencing the case manager that you have enough money to support your parent's living in NZ for at least 5 years. Even if you have only plenty of money in bank, that is well enough.

Does the partner of a sponsor need to provide evidence of their partnership?
