昨天在APPLE官网预定个电脑.随后收到一个邮件,内容如下:
Thank you for placing an order on the Apple Store.
We are eager to process your order as soon as possible.
In order to obtain a successful authorisation from your credit card
company, we require your assistance in confirming your details.
This is to protect the security of credit card holder as the transaction
was completed over the internet.
Please scan a copy of the following document(s) (JPEG/PDF format) with
your web order number and email to [email protected] as soon as
possible.
- Recent Credit Card/Bank Statement showing card holder name and address
and card number. We do not need to see your transaction details so
please feel free to blackout any non-relevant information.
Alternatively you can fax these documents to us via our secure fax no.
1800 056 188.
Once the details are validated with the credit card company, we will
process your order. You will subsequently receive an Order Confirmation
email advising you when you can expect shipment / delivery.
If we do not receive a response from you within the next 6 days, the
order will subsequently be cancelled automatically.
We look forward to serving you with State of the Art Apple Products and
thank you once again for shopping with Apple

去银行,人家会直接给你做出来吧.LZ哪里不明白?

谢谢你啊,我就想不明白为什么要这个啊?之前买都不要. 而且还要什么JPEG/PDF 格式.
也就是说, 我只要去银行做个这个信用卡的 statement就可以对吗? 谢谢你

对啊,我觉得是这个样子的.你去银行,就说要这个东西,人家就会给你开出来了啊..我没在Apple官网上买过东西,不知道是个什么流程啊,不好意思..或者你可以等等其他的大侠们来解答..
