2 `4 K& F6 b8 Y8 PUnfortunately, due to health reasons, his current owner needs to rehome him. 8 e9 |+ L' K0 F/ z" r5 ^0 X$ [1 A Geoffrey is a 6yr old, German Shepherd/Rough Coated Collie mix originally from RSPCA 4 G( f1 z% T& u% y9 J4 C: ~* o He has been a member of our family since he was 8 weeks old and always the submissive part of a twosome. 1 a/ W* i! n) Q* C' f- A4 i Originally with a Labrador and now with a corgi. 4 H! n8 ~6 w: z. J4 N* _8 ^ He is a dog that requires leadership – from either another dog or his human friend./ O+ @8 F( X' |0 o. P* n& H
Geoffrey is not a brave dog. He does not like bangs (guns) or fireworks.' k/ D; k% p6 z4 c; {0 t" y
He is a soft, loyal boy who welcomes praise. & R/ C1 l$ A/ I7 K& ^" G! d Geoffrey responds very well to routine and is easily controlled by voice. 5 s: ]! ]2 }6 V( T d, e He does not stray from his master, is easy to take anywhere. + c9 l9 }; @: k2 {0 I1 ]. r8 x He has a cod liver oil tablet and a garlic tab each morning.( s7 d$ k7 p& \6 r6 E1 A
He then sits and takes a biscuit very gently from me. z5 K6 U4 G) r+ d7 \8 ?
He has fantastic toilet habits and rarely makes a mess where he shouldn’t.# ]4 H$ O+ F1 U: Q, ]4 a
I would not even think about rehousing him if I was in good health. He is a great companion and very empathetic towards me.$ V5 B% E- b ?" r6 h8 @
If he has a shortfall at all, it would be that he is somewhat wary of some men, although once he knows them he is just fine. - S4 S. W9 e5 r1 h8 k $ q# D% s, s0 t6 r: U! t1 h I1 R: b' K; J
