各位大虾，想请帮个忙，填写Working for Families Tax Credits registration这个表格时，倒数第二项hours of work这块不知道该怎么填，在线急等，谢谢表格如下：
Hours of work
If you and/or your spouse or partner's started and/or stopped working the required hours after 1 April 2012 , please enter the start and/or stop date.

Start date for required hours of work

Format: dd/mm/yyyy

Stop date for required hours of work

Format: dd/mm/yyyy

Has there been more than one period where you and/or your spouse or partner have worked the required hours*
  Yes  No

就是除了上面那个period，你们还有没有在其他period工作过？
