一朋友，是Indenpent contractor (Self Employee)
没有注册GST

他现在要填IR3 怎么填呢？他能claim Expense吗？

收入超过6W 必须注册GST吧

If turn over is less than 60000 anual, it is not compulsOry to register GST.
