本人在19/06/2010年在AKL車行購買一台剛從日本進口的車,在window card上寫著是的 Imported as damaged vehicle :NO ( window card 我還保留著)
現在08/05/2012 去車行想trade-in 車,結果車行從他們查車的system上查出我的車是 Imported as damaged vehicle : YES, 現在對方說不能對我車接受trade-in.
能對2010年的買車車行做出什麽行動之類的呢???

要是在carjam上面買自己的Imported with structural damage 的report, 能準確的顯示到我上面說的damaged vehicle的東西么?

我買車的那件車行今天給我發了一份新的VIR,上面變成了 NOT imported as a damaged vehicle
那個車行的人說:
There was damege flag steaker becouse of the dent & scrach on the left rear of the car & it shold be remove at the time of compliance, there error by the stuff who forgoten to remove. Now it has been remove & CAR NOT IMPORTED AS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE.
If car import as dameged vehicle, it will be show damage on the webside all the time.

這樣也可以的嗎?
