我在网上申请了奥大的一个DEGREE，根据要求我把材料寄了过去，一共4样材料，其中的三样网上显示COMPLETE，但是还有一个ID PHOTO还是IMCOMPLETE,但是我已经寄给他们了，是不是更新的比较慢还是什么？因为我看到一句话“If you have sent in all your documents at one time, certain admission documents will be processed and updated in the system sooner than others.” 有相同经验的人吗？

你把你驾照复印一个寄过去呗，，，就差这个了

恩，谢谢，但是我已经把照片寄给他们了，怕他们丢，还故意用胶带贴在了显眼的地方。。不知道为什么是INCOMPLETE

照片？
PHOTO ID 是带照片的身份证明啊亲。。要护照或者驾照，不是照片啊

Please submit a standard passport photograph (50 x 40mm) that is no older than 6 months. The photograph needs to have a plain light coloured background (not white or dark) and be a high quality print on photographic paper. Please write your Student ID number, Legal Name, and Date of Birth on the back of the photograph. Your Student ID card will be issued once you supply a photograph and have enrolled in at least one course at The University of Auckland.

但是他又叫ID PHOTO 我搞不懂了

哦哦。。。。我看错了。。。
没错没错，是要照片。。

那就奇怪了，要不去学校问问吧。

问题解决了，昨天更新了。。他们所有材料收到，更新会有一个先后顺序。
