请问各位XDJM,
for rental property, is it true that u only allow to claim repair, maintain expenses, but for those expenses to upgrade yr house r not. If anyone familiar with this, please, please help me with this........much appreciated!

Depend on your situation lar. Your repair & maintain are expensive. Upgrade can claim depreciation before But now can not. So it is case by case. :)
