I suggest you to dig up the drawings attached to the Subdivision Consent of this site in Council and check the DP number there ("DP" = Deposited Plan) - this number from Council's record should be based upon as it was the number first initiated by the applicant's surveyor in a subdivision application. Any error should be reported back to the Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) so they could confirm or correct...
Alternatively, you may need to talk to the Surveyor dealing with the application and ask them to clarify/verify the number with LINZ.
