标题: 有人读过COMLAW HONS吗? [打印本页]

是不是要跟很多LAW毕业的学生一起读, 会不会很难, 拿FIRST CLASS有可能吗?

之后能留校工作之类的吗?

我不是读COMLAW HONS 的，但我觉不会很难。。LAW他们学的广但是不深，而COMLAW HONS 就是深读COMLAW的，所以其实我觉得如果本身LZ是COMLAW MAJOR 更有ADVANTAGE

教com law 的一般都是LLM / LLD 毕业的，读这个留校的可能性不大。

com law 其实挺简单的，但是这个major 毕业不好找工作。

p.s. 某人写的很多东西语法错误一堆啊，还发文学版，呵呵。

yea first language is chinese, but i came here when i was quite young.

I dont remember, but maybe you commented and criticized me on what i wrote in the literature forum. And perhaps I thanked you for your criticism, like I am doing now. Of late I am actually just procrastinating from school work hence trying to do what I can to help fellow BBS participants as a way of avoiding reading the papers. Also my english isn't the best either to which I am aware. I often make grammatical or spelling errors, as a Lawyer I'm sure you are quick to pick them up. Apologies, I by no means wanted to appear arrogant or knowledgeable, or your typical "know-it-all".

I dont pretend to be wise, or knowledgeable. Ignorance is our greatest enemy at times, but often ascertaining it gives relief. Thanks for notifying me of my errors, I will either try to comment less, or double check what I wrote. But like I said, my chinese is especially bad and I often do not even know the right way or expression,or that I am wrong in my use.

Hey, don't get me wrong. I like it that you are practicing your writing on the forum.

But most would not have understood the meaning conveyed, let alone the metaphor here and there.

教COMLAW, 指的是LECTURER吗? 没想过啊. 不知道做TUTOR够职吗? 想以后上班如果腻了, 也能回来大学混混, 两孩子妈上班拼不起啊.

哦，你是说tutor 啊，这个一般学master 或者honour 成绩过得去，学校有时候招的时候申请一下就可以啦。

那个印度人还在教common law 吗？教学水平一般，学术一般，没有任何practical experience，不知道澳大一直和他续约。

对了，干嘛回去读书呢？做会计不是挺好的？

其实很多accounting major 的人都会选择念个MBA什么的，澳大的MBA还不错的。比master of commercial law / accounting 有用多了。

没有印度的啊. 超级喜欢现在COMLAW DEPARTMENT. 每个老师都很优秀, 每个都有自己的个性和特长, 大多都是年龄很大, 退休了的律师. 所以才有想读上去的念头.
MBA读了, 是不是对升职管理什么的有用? 咋没这个潜力啊.

那你再等几年吧，我今年完成LLM，LLD再过几年完成，之后40岁前退休就可以教你了。。哈哈。。。。

哈哈.......支持啊.......COMLAW的课真的很多惊喜啊......教TAX的, AUDREY SHARP, 教了很久了, 不知道你认识吗, 上课的时候给学生下跪, 求他们好好学...........还有今年有个女生在最后一个LECTURE, 带着半个面具, 冲下去给男老师一个HUG, 大叫I LOVE YOU.........大律师要做好心理准备哦......

Comlaw Hons 不难，只是很烦而已
paper是2张Comlaw + 2张LLB合起来的

只要把time manage好, 其实没什么

有印度的啊。。。教我上个学期读的franchising的就是印度的
