请教各位, 我现在申请的是工签, 提供给移民局的是当初我在国内时公安局办的无犯罪证明，就是打印的一张纸加公安局的红章，因为老家是小地方，公安局只能提供这样的给我，
现在移民局说：we note that you have submitted a chinese letter of good conduct, however this is a certificate issued by the local authority, once you have obtained the letter of good conduct you are able to apply for the full chinese certificate and it is this certificate that is required for all visa applications.

这个full chinese certificate是什么样子的？我现在要怎么才能办到？基督城的总领馆可以办吗？谢谢.

应该就是说要公证件

要公证的~ 国内出具的相关文件都需要有英文的公证件才算是完整的

不是自己的出生地的地市能公证吗? 现在原件在我这里, 难道原件还要寄回国去公正吗? 谢谢

公证只是对该文件进行翻译和证实，分不分地方还真不知道，

原件应该是必须的，普通特快信件寄回去，2周内国内能收到吧
