我平时和老外面对面交流还行可是和老外通电话时就完全听不懂他说什么而且感觉他说的很快这是为什么有什么方法可以锻炼听力吗我不想每次打电话时都说 “I can't listen clearly ”

You can say "could you please slow down a little bit" or tell them "sorry I don't get it. Could you please say it again". The problem is people get nervous when talking on the phone but they try to be calm and say yes yes but actually they don't. So don't be shy to tell the truth that you don't understand. It is OK.
