If an animal management officer visits my property, as a registered dog owner, am i required to give them my personal details and those of my dog (eg. full name, date of birth and cotact details?)4 W. c- T0 p+ g

. L% h! K5 y2 |a. no, under the Privatcy Act i dont have to give out that information6 R$ r* R6 U  o9 [
b. yes, failure to provide the information could result in a $750 fine
3 O' n# [: |( ]! Z( l3 k" lc. yes, but only if my dog has committed an offence0 T" Y# G6 m" W8 `8 @  u4 ^8 u* {2 ]
