If an animal management officer visits my property, as a registered dog owner, am i required to give them my personal details and those of my dog (eg. full name, date of birth and cotact details?)

* ^, k1 I8 Q( I* n+ ba. no, under the Privatcy Act i dont have to give out that information
! ?, m( q6 ^& G/ z- |$ Q0 o0 ob. yes, failure to provide the information could result in a $750 fine
) w" F& D+ w/ J: N7 Yc. yes, but only if my dog has committed an offence
0 ^% S+ s2 H* P; X, D* ^) o: Q& w1 e5 i0 W. G/ T0 t2 C
Which one to choose, thanks
