If an animal management officer visits my property, as a registered dog owner, am i required to give them my personal details and those of my dog (eg. full name, date of birth and cotact details?)8 a4 |4 h0 _! j* r4 d

' T! `2 B9 A" _% ga. no, under the Privatcy Act i dont have to give out that information" u7 @2 o, p4 K4 d5 r
b. yes, failure to provide the information could result in a $750 fine7 W1 s5 d9 f5 ]
c. yes, but only if my dog has committed an offence* E: U% J* k7 H# P& t; S0 N) y- w
