19号是Honda cup最大的赞助商motul的老板，老先生现在越来越快了还说要我们尊老让他先过要是超了他以后就不跟我们说话了，挺搞笑的。不过那台天蓝迷彩的ek真是超级无敌快啊，看来他想赢2000cc组了。

Lot of good parts in the car too, suspension and setup etc.

Motul DC5, Richard EK 也到了 1:06 / 1:07 地步。。。怎么跑。。。

我的intake manifold = DC5 原厂的~！用CL7 不是更好吗？
Throttle Body = Spoon 其实就Local 磨大而已~！

减重啦只能，Colin 也是1：07了听说。。他们都只有1000kg多。我豁出去啦，这两天赶快改exhaust throttle intake，不然没的玩啦。

Spoon TB for DC5 is using Venturi design.

Inlet, bore to 70mm.
then taper to the butterfly (I think that is the same as stock, 62mm but I could be wrong).
Outlet bore to ~65mm (not exactly sure about diameter but opening is bigger than stock).

There are other TB that is straight 70mm or even bigger.

As you know changing TB diameter and intake manifold, changes air speed, will gain in one rev range and lose in another.

I was going to get the skunk2 TB but jacky said its too big, I just got the old setup he had and put it on, I can feel more power already!

Yes I think some tuners have tested the effect of big bore TB on K20A with dyno.

The gain was very little.

TSX (Accord CL9?) is using 64mm TB, maybe can try those?

WOW! 20 gain in what? HP? Torque?

I am interested if the gain is so much :D

Btw, from my own experience, the best gain was the exhaust manifold.

I used TODA, mid-range torque was up 15-20% with a tune.

I didn't do much, still factory but I have a spoon TB...
but I believe cold air means a lot... so Yun you might want to duct some cold air in...
at the moment the car is fast but once it get hot, umm.....

your believe is correct!!! water, oil, brake temp......all need cold air! part from tires....
