跟一个用户有一些产品上的纠纷，说要上Tribunal去解决，后来就一直没有收到信，最近他短信我说因为我们没有出现在Tribunal hearing 所以法院判他胜诉了，说我欠他多少多少钱的到现在还没付，说是判决书发到我搬家半年以前的一个地址上（他来取货的时候是我们现在新的地址，但是不知道什么原因我们在 companies office 上的地址没有更新成功，然后估计材料都发到旧的地址上去了）我想问下这种情况下我能申请Rehearing吗？我知道判决下来28天内可以申请，但是我估计我这个case应该早就过了28天的期限，感觉太冤了。希望能给我解答下。谢谢。

可以Appeal的原因只有procedural unfairness and produced a prejudiced result.
但到底实际上怎么运作，还是要请问律师。

在对方故意发错地址的情况下，可以向法庭提出超时重审，提出你的证据和理由就可以了。

Every application for a rehearing shall be made within 28 days after the Tribunal's order (or, in the case of an agreed settlement, the Tribunal's approval of the settlement or the variation of a term of that settlement under section 47(3)(a), as the case may require) or within such further time as the Tribunal may, on application, allow, and shall be served upon the other parties to the proceedings.
