父母移民申请2011年10月递交的，想2013年2月申请3年往返旅游签，还用体检吗？

when did you get the last medical exam results? if they were within 3 months by today, you just need to quote the medical paper in your parents' immigration application, in their visitor visa application.

But you need to apply their visit visa as soon as possible, just send the application now for the visa in Feb!!!!

Good luck, you could save a few hundreds NZD :)
