UNIT的窗在structual wall 上, 我想把窗改成落地的大窗拉门型的需要 CONSENT PERMIT么?

还有就是UNIT带个晾台,我想封起来做太阳房,需要CONSENT么?

哪位大侠知道?

改structural wall估计要building consent的，加太阳房可能也要的，最好问问council吧。

找谁问? COUNCIL的哪个部门?

如果是中区的就是graham st cbd.

You can phone 3010101 and make an appointment with Council and go to Council's building control branch (central, west, north shore, etc)
