northcote 这个地方怎么样，那些街区好，那些不好，政府方都在哪里阿？
觉得这里的房现在价格还可以接受，有华人超市，还离市区近

northcote 中心有一堆政府房，附近都不好，靠南的那边会好一点
如果找这个附近的房子，还是首选Hillcrest，地势高，安全安静，交通不比northcote差，还有willow park小学校区，整体比northcote好不少，但其实房价都差不多

northcote和hillcrest是我的大爱，政府房在countdown后边一代，但是多数都是毛利居民，college road上有个毛利幼儿园和毛利祭祀的地方，所以别看是政府房，但是人都nice，治安都不错的

northcote有的很多地方还是非常好的。

gd streets in northcote - mcbreen avenue, sylvan avenue
Toi Toi, and houses around onepoto dormain are selling more than $ 1 million mark / even more.

Many of these houses have city view.
turf crater and onepoto ( both are volvanic craters) are historical in nature, being around many thousand yrs and being very much part of northcote's lives.

northcote primary school is now a zoned school.
The principal of northcote college used to be principal of auckland grammar school.
